Get A Happy Life publishes practical English-language guides about mindfulness, gratitude, habits, sleep, relationships and personal well-being. Our aim is to help you understand a topic, compare realistic options and choose a useful next step without hype or unnecessary jargon.
We publish both informational articles and commercial buying guides. Commercial pages are clearly disclosed and may contain affiliate links.
How we prepare articles
Clear search intent: each page should answer one distinct reader question. We review existing pages before adding or substantially changing content so overlapping articles can be improved or consolidated instead of competing with one another.
Transparent sources: when an article relies on research, health guidance or a specific factual claim, the relevant source should be linked in the article. We prefer primary research, public-health organizations, universities, manufacturers and other first-party sources where appropriate.
Careful language: wellness information can be personal and uncertain. We avoid presenting general research as a guaranteed result for every reader and distinguish evidence, expert guidance and editorial interpretation.
How product comparisons work
Product comparisons use publicly available product specifications, manufacturer or retailer information, intended use and editorial judgment. We do not claim hands-on testing unless a page explicitly explains who tested the product, how it was tested and when.
